As all our products are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Personalised Items
Due to the customised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Spelling or personalisation errors provided by the customer
- Change of mind after the order has been placed
We strongly recommend checking all personalisation details and referring to our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Non-Personalised Items (if applicable)
If we offer non-personalised items, these may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
